Martin Rey
Economist, Policy Strategy and Institutional Relations
Martin Rey is an Economist at the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) where his work centres on fiscal stabilisation, the European safe asset, and the European fiscal framework.
Prior to joining the ESM in 2021, Mr Rey worked for the French General Commission for Strategy and Foresight, France Stratégie, in the services of the Prime Minister of France.
Martin holds a master’s from Sciences Po Paris and the University of Oxford.
