Board meeting document library

In principle, the ESM publishes the following programme-related documents approved by the Board of Governors and Board of Directors:

• Draft annotated agenda (three working days prior to the meeting)

• Draft programme-related documents submitted for approval

• Summary of programme-related Board of Governors’ and Board of Directors’ decisions (within three days following the meeting)

• Approved programme-related documents (within three days following the meeting).

The ESM also publishes key documents from the annual meetings of its Board of Governors.
