Mindaugas Pakštys is an Advisor to the Minister of Finance of Lithuania. He previously served as Head of Private Office at the European Court of Auditors, Advisor to the Director for Denmark, Ireland, Lithuania and Kosovo at the EBRD, and Director of the EU and International Affairs Department at Lithuania’s Ministry of Finance.
Mr Pakštys holds a Master's degree in Political Science, International Relations and Diplomacy from the The Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University.
